The Ketchikan City Council is seeking applications for appointment for a temporary ad hoc committee to work on the development of a Tourism Advisory Board. Interested applicants should fill out the attached  Application  and attach a resume or letter of interest, detailing in your interest in this committee along with what sector of the community you feel you best represent. 

 The goal of the ad hoc committee will be to outline an ordinance of the size and make-up of the members, term of members, frequency of meetings, powers and duties of the Tourism Advisory Board, which be presented to the City Council for review and approval. 

Applications are due by Monday, April 20, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. to the Clerk's Office - 334 Front Street or to clerk@ketchikan.gov .
