The City Clerk's office maintains the majority of records for the City of Ketchikan and Ketchikan Public Utilities pursuant to the Ketchikan Municipal Code, https://www.codepublishing.com/AK/Ketchikan/#!/Ketchikan01/Ketchikan0105.html#1.05.
Records request from the Ketchikan Police Department please go to https://www.ketchikan.gov/police.
All other records request please fill out the Public Records Request Form and submit to the City Clerk's office.
Please note, the City of Ketchikan will respond within ten working days to provide an initial response for records that are within our control.
