Matt McLaren was named to the position of Temporary City Manager / KPU General Manager in March 2026. Prior to his current assignment, he was promoted to KPU Telecommunications Division Manager in February 2026. Matt first began serving Ketchikan Public Utilities as the Assistant KPU Telecommunications Division Manager in February 2023.
