Step 1: View Open Bids

 Step 2: Register and Login 

You must register and login to the  Ketchikan Customer Portal  to view, download, and respond to bids.
The entire process is managed online. Logins, views, and downloads are tracked and IP addresses are recorded.

 Step 3: Register for Emailed Bid Notices 

You can signup to get email alerts when a bid matches the categories that you select.
To do so, please visit the  Ketchikan Customer Portal  and either login or create an account.

 Step 4: Submit Your Bids 

Your business may respond to bids and upload documents with your responses using the  Ketchikan Customer Portal  .
Employees of the City of Ketchikan cannot view your bid response into the bid has officially closed.
Updates to bids and their attachments will be emailed to you.
