Tsimshian artist Ken Decker will speak about his award-winning Tsimshian Ceremonial Wolf Chief Hat, carved in red cedar with painted design, ermine skin and abalone inlay that is currently on display in the Upholding Balance exhibit. Ken Decker has been creating Northwest Coast art for more than 20 years, and has not only shared his knowledge as a teacher, with his wife Monica he has supported generations of traditional artists through his gallery, Crazy Wolf Studios.
