The Ketchikan City Council will hold a special meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2020 in the City Council Chambers, 334 Front Street, for the purpose of considering the filling of a vacant council seat. An executive session has been scheduled to discuss candidate applications.
