The Ketchikan City Council will hold a Special meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 in Council Chambers, 334 Front Street. The purpose of the meeting is for the City Council to consider declaring a public emergency of KPU Telecommunications Division’s off-island internet service connectivity and authorizing without competitive bidding and/or quotes the purchase of temporary internet capacity.
