The Ketchikan City Council will hold a special meeting to discuss the 2026 General Government and Ketchikan Public Utilities general operating and capital improvement projects on Monday, Dec. 15, 2025 starting at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 334 Front Street.
