The Ketchikan City Council will hold a special meeting to discuss the 2026 General Government and Ketchikan Public Utilities general operating and capital improvement projects on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 334 Front Street.
