If you will be out of town on Election Day or just want to vote early -

Early voting beings two weeks preceding Election Day and continues through 5:00 p.m. the day before Election Day. Early voting for 2026 will be September 21, 2026 through October 5, 2026.

Where to early vote:

City and Borough residents may vote Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at:

City Clerk's Office at City Hall

334 Front Street 4th Floor, Ketchikan, AK 

or

Borough Clerk's Office in the White Cliff Building

1900 First Ave Suite 230, Ketchikan AK

Remember to bring a valid form of ID which includes: Voter ID card, driver's license, military ID, Indian ID, passport or state ID card. You may also present one of the following forms of ID if it includes your name and current address:

• current utility bill or pay check
• government check or bank statement
• other government issued ID
