Seasonal Fire Inspections

The City of Ketchikan requires Seasonal Fire Inspections for any business that is closed 120 consecutive days or more.

To start the inspection process please fill out the seasonal business form here: https://forms.ketchikan.gov/Forms/SeasonalBusiness.  Then contact City Hall Finance Department to pay your seasonal business inspection fee.
