Ketchikan Medical Center - Lease and Advisory Committee
The Ketchikan Medical Center (KMC), owned by the City of Ketchikan, is currently operated by PeaceHealth through a twenty (20) year lease agreement that will expire September 30, 2041. The Lease Agreement provides for the option to renew for two (2), ten (10) year periods.

The Ketchikan Healthcare Advisory Committee (HAC) is a committee comprised of City and PeaceHealth members, charged with providing oversight of the Lease Agreement and a forum for open communication and collaboration between PeaceHealth, City officials, and the public.
